Advocates participation in progress of state

Bihar Govt. is thankful to respond with order of Hon'ble High Court and successfully conducting written test for the appointment of primary teachers in the government schools demanded by me in PIL CWJC No-14016-2006.
                     Earlier,this public interest litigation (PIL)  petition was filed by me against the Bihar govt. decision to  appoint lacs of  primary teachers on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the schools and college's examination  that decision of govt. was wrong because of several methods are used openly to enhance their marks in such examination .One of the worst example is that several candidates get their degrees from irregluar or mafia  like institutes which manage higher  marks than regular institute .Another example is that many   so called students  takes frudulent degrees  only to obtain jobs hence merits suffers .
                                                                   
      All these points raised in above PIL.On two or three argument  the Hon'ble bench of Patna High Court directed  the state to file the reply of the petition that was never filed .Seeing the situation  Hon'ble court disposed of the petition  by passing the order and hence directing the state authorities to consider the grievances of  petitioner (detail order and follow-up process  on your demand). 

JUDICIAL REFORM

Every system become older even if its bright past performance .There is debate among people that the judiciary ,specially in higher judiciary some reform must be done.The most vital discussion that the appointment of Hon'ble judges must be done through National Judicial commission .The commission should conduct exam etc.and by giving appropriate weight to experienced lawyers or judges .Reservation rule may be followed.
